Client Services Precious Metals Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail and professional clients, guiding them in their precious metal investments.
- Assist with opening and maintaining customer accounts, including safe deposit box rentals and custody services for storing valuables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including HNWI, wealth managers, and family offices.
- Ensure compliance with AML policies and manage the required documentation for onboarding new clients.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as account management, contract processing, billing, and general office duties.
- Support the management with organizational tasks and assist in business development activities, including marketing and networking.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the financial sector in Switzerland.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Languages: Fluent in French and English. German is an Asset!
- Knowledge or interest in precious metals or the investment sector is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
