Direct Mailing Specialist (Inspire expert)

Then you are exactly the person we are looking for to complement our Mass Mailing Services Team in Zurich Altstetten.

Your area of responsibility:
- process complex regulatory customer communications and personalized marketing mailings from order receipt to customer delivery
- independent planning, coordination and execution of mass mailing orders
- publish excellent customer communications in close cooperation with our clients, internal IT units and external downstream partners
- monitor successful multi-channel processing of content and documents
- support change initiatives as subject matter expert and ensure their successful implementation
- proactively identify and mitigate risks in our area of responsibility
- apply your own expertise and professional judgement to further develop processes and achieve the best possible results
- ensuring legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and contracts are met

- you are a professional in the creation and processing of variable, data-driven customer communications (direct mailings)
- proficiency in Quadient Inspire solution is a must, experience corporate design and branding guidelines a plus
- Data Management and basic scripting (Power Query, Javascript, etc.) are no foreign words for you
- you feel comfortable taking on responsibility and independently supervising and implementing your own orders end-to-end
- independent, precise and structured working as well as customer-oriented thinking and acting is part of your DNA
- you are used to working closely with customers and various stakeholders
- you enjoy working in a fast and flexible working environment
- high quality and risk awareness determine your daily actions
- you can communicate fluently in German and English and are confident in grammar
