Your role

• Drafting, editing and publishing communications for employees through our various internal channels (Group intranet, corporate magazine, newsletters to staff, video scripts, etc.).
• Helping design employee communications campaigns for major initiatives, including gathering information, defining and drafting the contents, selecting the appropriate channels and monitoring the success of the campaigns.
• Helping to coordinate communications with other internal communications teams to ensure consistency of information.
• Assisting with the organisation of internal events and in-house exhibitions.

Your profile

• University degree (minimum Bachelor’s degree).
• Some years of working experience – preferably in the field of communications – would be an asset.
• Excellent oral and written command of French and English and communication skills.
• Ability to design creative materials for our graphic arts-based communications content.
• Writing, editorial and graphic design skills, with attention to detail.
• Organised in your work and in setting priorities.
• A creative thinker and able to take initiative.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration culture.
• Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
