CYSEC is a European cybersecurity company, headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland with offices in Toulouse, France, providing software products to secure satellite communications on ground and in space.


CYSEC is also the organizer of CYSAT, the biggest space cybersecurity event held in Paris every year in April with 1000 participants from space agencies (ESA, CNES, DLR, etc), industrial leaders (Airbus, Thales, etc), universities, ethical hackers, etc.

Job Description


Contribute to the growth and the success of CYSAT by joining its dynamic organizing team!
You will be involved in sales activities to recruit new sponsors for the 2025 edition as well as managing key stakeholders such as our main industrial sponsors but also the start-ups and our academic partners.
You will be contributing to establishing the event programme by coordinating with the speakers and panelists.
You will also be involved in marketing activities related to the promotion of the event on social media.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Business development and sales:
  • Identify and contact potential event sponsors
  • Carry administrative tasks related to contracts
• Programme coordinator:
  • Manage event speakers
• Marketing:
  • Support the marketing team with the event promotion on social media

Qualifications

• In a Master’s degree in Economics, Security & Defense, International Relations, space related, etc.
• An interest for space technology is a plus
• A general knowledge in the space industry and institutional infrastructure
• A strong will to learn about cybersecurity and space
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and horizontal organization
• Communication skills to participate and contribute to internal and external meetings
• Proficiency in English and French is required
