• You are the contact person for demanding first and second level ICT support, whether remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, instructions and checklists Active involvement in IT projects.
• You provide workstation systems and mobile devices.
• You install and maintain the business software.
• You take care of the maintenance of servers, clients, network and firewall components.
• You receive and resolve enquiries about hardware, software, network and communication faults by phone and email.
• You work closely with server and network experts as well as external partners in third-level support.

• You have a sound IT education (e.g. computer scientist specialising in systems engineering, ICT specialist or similar)
• Affinity with networks
• As a committed team player, you keep a cool head even in hectic situations and work in a solution-orientated manner.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience as an ICT supporter
• You speak German and English
