• Collaborate with the senior design team to create trend-driven and on-brand Outwear collections

• Assist in developing sketches, technical drawings, and style concepts

• Contribute to mood boards, fabric selection, and trend research to support the design process

• Support in preparing design presentations for collection reviews

• Assist in fitting sessions and provide feedback on fit and quality, ensuring that designs meet our high standards

• Research market trends, street style, and competitor products to ensure our collections stay relevant and competitive

• Communicate effectively with suppliers to source fabrics, trims, and components

• Work closely with other departments, such as Buying and Production, to ensure alignment across the product development process

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in fashion design, with a preference for Outwear

• Strong understanding of design principles and technical garment construction

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office

• Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and an eye for trends

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute innovative ideas

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• High level of English proficiency
