Your Tasks

New customer expectations, omnichannel commerce, manufacturing digitalization, changing business models, skilled labor shortage, sustainability, accurate planning, quest for competitiveness, to name current challenges in the watchmaking industry!
As part of our bold move to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva “Consumer Goods & Retail” team with objective to become the trusted advisor of our local watch brands in their major transformations:

Business Development

• Maintain and develop (y)our existing client portfolio with all the services and offerings Bearing Point provides
• Develop local partnership with digital solutions and startups
• Support the development of new clients to our existing footprint

Project delivery

• Manage project delivery at (y)our clients
• Motivate and steer project team
• Practice development
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Be proactive on marketing activities (materials, event, etc.)

HR Management

• Manage and coach your team members
• Recruitment
• Align people to objectives and set priorities and direction

Your Profile

• Successful master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar comparable education
• You already have at least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm (mandatory), working for Watchmaking industry
• You have led major projects with regards to Business Transformation and/or Digital Transformation
• You have already worked and developed client relationships in Romandie with an existing client portfolio and you are willing to make it grow
• Excellent analytical capabilities with a pragmatic and strong entrepreneurial mind-set
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality
• Customer-oriented and independent work within our project teams
• Business fluent in French and English (written and spoken) round off your profile, other languages are an advantage (German is a plus)
