Your Tasks

• Work in project team, under the supervision of a manager, to help our clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
• Support the project team with your expertise in one or more areas such as supply chain, logistics, product lifecycle,
• Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
• Support the acquisition of customers and projects in the Romandie area
• Actively build a network in these areas as well as collaborate with our strategic partners

Your Profile

• Successful master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
• You already have at least 2 years of professional experience in management consulting (mandatory) in the Watchmaking industry and/or in Operations
• Experience in operational and/or digital transformation including strategy change, business model change, process streamlining or organizational optimization
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality
• Customer-oriented and independent work within our project teams
• Business fluent in French and English round off your profile, other languages are an advantage (German is a plus)
