Key Responsibilities:

• Development, production and programming of marketing materials and tools such as capabilities presentations, synthesizing insights, innovations, fragrances and trends into differentiating x-category propositions (including but not limited to powerpoint, visuals, iconography, and multimedia) in support of business priorities and in collaboration with x-functional teams.
• Collaborate on foresight and insight knowledge development and deployment.
• Support and/or drive the execution of events, including corporate events and tradeshows.
• Assist in development of material for executive presentations and preparations.
• Plan, program and produce communication campaigns and creative content aligned to marketing/communication strategy in collaboration with Communications department, including developing high quality marketing inputs into Group Branding to ensure P&B relevant and effective comms materials. Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track, analyse and report on competitive market knowledge, insight innovation & communication initiatives, to develop appropriate messages and projects.

You Bring:

• Previous experience of minimum 5 years in marketing and/or communication role. Fragrance or beauty experience highly preferred.
• College degree. Specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Business, Management a plus.
• Self-starter, able to build relationships and work effectively in a global matrix/network.
• Able to work across all levels of the organization, from junior to upper management levels to ensure the highest level of collaboration and outputs.
• Superior attention to detail, strong organizational skills and an ability to deliver high quality work under tight timelines.
• Presentation skills a must, strong oral and written communication skills
• Superior creative writing / copywriting
• Eye for design
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is a must, French conversational preferred.
