For our client a major bank in Zurich, we are seeking for a Mortgage Officer Support.

Please note that due to applicable Swiss legislation, we can only consider applications from Swiss citizens, EU citizens, and individuals with a valid work permit.

Remote work from abroad is not possible.

Tasks

• The role of Mortgage Administration Officer primarily involves supporting Mortgage Change the Bank projects, with a strong focus on the implementation and operational aspects
• Key responsibilities include introducing new data requirements, enhancing existing data quality, and managing related reporting tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or relevant working
  experience
• Experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and underwriting
  procedures
• Project admin support on Mortgage Change the Bank projects and its relevant daily business impact
• Implement new data requirements (e.g. for Pfandbriefbank, SNB “LGHS” initiative) in the day to day business
• Improve existing data sets in terms of quality as well as completeness
• Manage data / documentation gaps together with the Risk
  Governance and Control team as well as other stakeholders (e.g.
  Advisory, Front Office)
• Support reporting quality capabilities, on existing and new to
  be developed reports
• Other support in a day to day Mortgage underwriting team
• Fluency in German and English

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite
