Parts Sales Engineer

• Identifying 2 Stroke Engine Parts and adding supporting documentation
• Archiving findings in code resolution
• Providing technical advice to network companies on investigations and sales projects
• Enhancing our spare parts business by offering first-class technical support to internal customers, including material planning, purchasing, and pricing
• Reviewing technical documentation and making changes or adding information where needed (Bulletins, Design Messages, Manuals, etc.)
• Developing processes to obtain, store, and utilize data, supporting increased coverage and sales opportunities.

• Technical education/Lehre, Technical Writer, Spare Parts Expert, and/or with further education as Technical Business Administration (Technischer Kaufmann/Kauffrau/Betriebswirtschafter).
• High attention to detail with a methodical and practical approach to problem-solving.
• Team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong internal customer relationships that enhance the customer experience.
• A flexible approach to work and a quick learning ability.
• Eagerness to understand processes, reevaluate, and adopt new methods where applicable.
• Clear communication skills in both English and German.

• Experience with 2 or 4-stroke engine operation and/or maintenance.
• Maritime background.
• Parts Supply Chain understanding.
• SAP experience.
• Database experience (Access or a similar tool).
• Analytical skills, Power BI expertise.
