For our client from the finance industry in Bern we are looking for Scrum Master. Ensure that the Scrum -
methodology is applied correctly. Leading Scrum teams based on agile principles towards self-organization.

Main tasks:
- Organizing and leading scrum ceremonies according to SAFe (Review, Retro, Sprint - and PI -Planning,
Inspect & Adapt, Daily)
- Coaching and further development of the teams - Ensuring and optimizing the agile
project method
- Eliminating impediments
- Leading the collaboration between architects, product owner and epic owner
- Supporting the product owner in managing the backlog
- Orchestration within SAFe
- Construct and support the RTE
- Collaboration in the procurement of resources
Requirements:
- At least 9 years of experience as Scrum Master
- Scrum certification
- project management
- personnel management
Languages:
- German min. C1

Workload: 60%-80% (thereof 30%-60% remote within Switzerland)
