Project: For our customer in Bern, we are looking for a Scrum Master to support agile teams and ensure the correct application of the Scrum methodology. In this role, you will promote collaboration within the team and support continuous improvements to maximize the added value of the ICT systems.
Tasks:

• Ensuring the correct application of the Scrum methodology according to SAFe (e.g. review, retro, sprint and PI planning, inspect & adapt, daily stand-ups)
• Coaching and further development of Scrum teams based on agile principles and self-organization
• Optimization and assurance of agile project methods
• Removal of impediments in the workflow
• Collaborate with architects, product owners and epic owners to ensure smooth project processes
• Supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing and maintaining the backlog
• Orchestration in the SAFe framework and support of the Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Collaboration in resource procurement

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams
• Sound knowledge of agile methodology and application of Scrum principles, ideally according to SAFe
• Experience in project management and collaboration with architects and product owners
• Certification as Scrum Master (CSM or comparable)
• Strong methodological competence
• Knowledge of orchestrating agile processes within a SAFe construct
• Experience in removing impediments in an agile environment
• Independent and self-responsible working style
