Senior HY Credit Analyst

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Credit Research covering High Yield Corporate sectors & generating trade ideas as a Credit Analyst is a key requirement for this role.
The team is led by a successful PM with a strong track record and the focus of the role will be on trade idea generation, providing top-down research support, and driving strong investment performance.
The role offers:
- Broad sector coverage, while being very close to the investment process in an unconstrained/absolute return investment environment
- High calibre, lean & agile team
- A clear path to risk-taking (PM)
- Mentorship from a well-respected senior portfolio manager with a long-term track record
- Preference for candidates with buy-side experience.
- Ideally 7+ years of experience in HY Credit Research/leveraged finance, with deep sector expertise.
- A degree in economics or a related field from a top-tier university, with excellent academic performance.
- Understanding of macroeconomic drivers, including growth, inflation, and monetary policy.
- CFA designation (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to thrive in a small team environment.
- A strong desire to contribute to building a best-in-class investment process.
