Your responsibilities
- Lead the Manufacturing, Industrialization & Methods, Facility and Maintenance departments to ensure operational efficiency and economy.
- Define the Manufacturing roadmap to ensure the sustainability of equipment and processes.
- Accountable for driving lean initiatives throughout the manufacturing operations to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.
- Develop a budget plan and manage the operations within budget constraints.
- Responsible for analysis and tracking performance data on key performance indicators in support of strategic goals.
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders and managers across the MPSD Division to ensure satisfying business and customer requirements.
- Manage staff recruitment, performance, development, talent and training processes to ensure the team competencies and capabilities are aligned with the business needs.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related areas.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in operations, with at least 4 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Highly analytical and structured with excellent business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to influence and engage at all levels to drive vision and purpose.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, change management and decision-making skills.
- At ease in French and English
