Swisscom is transitioning towards a model of managing data as internal products. Teams dedicated to data products will develop and operate their data products in a data mesh. This represents a substantial technical and cultural shift. As a Transformation Lead/Release Train Engineer (RTE), you are implementing agile processes that facilitate teams' participation in this transition. You are developing the organization in an internal startup mode. You are working to establish sustainable collaboration, particularly with external partners.

Drive continuous and agile organizational development for an international and diverse team of both Swisscom and partner staff
Handle external partner negotiation and integration
Facilitate complex decision-making processes
