As a Waiter at The Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, a Belmond Train you are part of a team that team that shapes the culinary experience of our guests. In this role, you will master the art of delivering exceptional service and gastronomic and beverage experience. Primary Responsibilities Include:

Providing exceptional and personalized service
Take responsibility for a designated workstation or section as assigned by the Leading Waiter or Head Waiter, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Carry out all instructions from the Head Waiter and Leading Waiter accurately and promptly
Attend to guests' needs in a timely and attentive manner, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded

Requirements

Few years’ experience in hotels or restaurants
Experience in dealing with international customers
A commitment to creating exceptional culinary experiences that align with the prestigious reputation of the Belmond brand.
Travelling extensively across Europe
European or Swiss passport
Fluency in English and preferably French, a basic comprehension of Italian a plus
