About the job :
To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Warehouse Specialist (m/f/x) to start asap.

• Oversee the reception, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished products in compliance with GMP and GDP regulations
• Ensure accurate stock management, including inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation of discrepancies
• Handle and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in operations
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and quality control teams to ensure the timely availability of materials
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for warehouse operations, including stock movements and shipping records
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and enhance operational efficiency

About you :

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in French and English
