Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze information from customers to understand their business and technical needs.
• Come up with technical proposals using Dage’s products and services to fulfill customer’s needs.
• Prepare and present product slides to customers. Respond to customer questions, and investigate and resolve technical problems after implementation.
• Provide internal and external training on products, new features, and applications.
• Effective and timely communication with key stakeholders inside the company, and with business partners.
• Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers.
• Main contact for technical issues, including application, service, and software.
• Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics/Electro-Mechanical/Physics related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in application for the semiconductor industry. Experience in inspection or metrology equipment is a plus
• Xray experience for the inspection or metrology equipment is a plus
