KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY

Payroll & Benefit Operations:
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
- Generate/maintain related OT/leave/shift allowance/outstanding Annual Leave Balance reports for payroll team, along with payroll movement of 2 sites
- Prepare monthly “Service productivity data” and “Total hours work” for internal counter party use and DE OT monthly report
- Provide finance team the necessary report they need, such as Annual Balance accrual, income tax
- Assist employee for all necessary inquiry such as employee personal data record, employment certificate, pension enrollment & GI enrollment…etc
- Enroll / adjust / terminate insurance (Gov't & group insurance) for new hire, pay adjusted and terminated staff
- Review and validate GI bill and follow up with employees' status
General HR Administration:
- Assist with the recruitment process by opening / monitoring requisition, performing reference check & academic check, job posting to the appropriate channels and issuing employment contracts processing…etc
- Monitor the progress and status of each opening position and update to DE head
- Onboarding / Offboarding document preparation and process / perform AP orientations of new staff
- Collect / filing documents and conduct all checks to meet company standard such as new hire action form, personal info update, Gov't doc, in & out doc
- Assist in HR projects such as DOAMS system implementation / follow up, On-site medical project & Labor & management meeting…etc
- Training documentation filling
- Support system (i Procument..etc) input processes
- Settle invoice through Finance system and expenses claim
- Assist on Entry permit to Taiwan process for the guests coming from foreign countries
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager
Others:
- Support in employee activities and events, such as team building, year end party…etc
- Work with finance team to reserve cash for all necessary expense or available payment way
- Review the process and policies and inform the management when there's improvement needed
Requirements :
- Good command in both written English and Chinese
- Good communication and organization skills, supportive and team player
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive interaction with members of the office
- Pleasant with can do attitude
- High ethical and integrity standard
- Work experience in MNC company is an advantage
Experience :
- 1 year experience in HR administration support
Education :
- Diploma degree Major in B.S or B.A
