Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Remittance transaction operations and account processing in New Taiwan Dollar (TWD).
• Handling of bill operations.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word.
• Typing speed of 50-75 words per minute in Chinese and English.
• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for work.
• Proactive and values teamwork, willing to collaborate with others.
• Preferred certifications: Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics, Foreign Exchange Personnel, Banking Internal Control Personnel
