- Oversee the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts, ensuring that they meet the company’s strategic goals and comply with legal standards.
- Provide expert legal advice across the organization, making strategic decisions that influence business operations and policy development.
- the resolution of complex legal disputes, using strategic negotiation skills and legal acumen to defend the company’s interests.
- Develop and enhance compliance frameworks across the organization. Lead compliance training sessions and ensure adherence to legal, Group, and Regional Policies.
- Act as a key legal advisor on major business initiatives, ensuring that all activities are legally sound and aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the management and renewal of business licenses and insurance policies, ensuring that all legal requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
- Mentor and supervise junior legal colleagues, fostering an environment of growth and learning within the department.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
