What the job looks like?
The Account Manager (Thailand) will have the chance to:
- Engage with existing and prospective clients on a daily basis.
- Promote the company’s financial products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs through contacting clients via phone, emails, and other communication channels.
- Successfully develop business relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
- Keep up to date with the financial markets and communicate these to clients.
- Support the growth of the business, by providing a timely and high quality of service.
- Work with an excellent team of professionals with a deep understanding of the market.
What will you need to be able to do the job?
- Deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, and IB structures.
- Good knowledge of the English Language both written and oral & native Thai speaker.
- Previous working experience in the Financial Services in a similar position, will be considered an advantage.
- Experience using partner management platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track performance and manage relationship.
- Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
- College or University degree.
- Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Organized, diligent and detail oriented.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, including IBs and affiliates.
- Positive can-do attitude and excellent team spirit.
