Why we need you
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Technical Product Manager to join our team and help us build exceptional products that delight our users. Your strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving our product success.
What you will be doing
Delivery side
- Assist in managing the product backlog, helping to prioritize and refine user stories
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos
- Collaborate with development teams during sprints to answer questions and clarify requirements
- Collaborate with UX designers to define and refine the user journey, ensuring product requirements are aligned with user needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to establish clear acceptance criteria, review test cases, and ensure product quality standards are met
- Help create user stories and define acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior product manager
- Learn to identify potential roadblocks and propose solutions for production issues
- Develop the ability to understand technical solutions proposed by engineering teams
- Work on interpreting and articulating both technical and functional requirements, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Assist in translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for various audiences
- Assist in developing and executing product release plans. Manage dependencies and risks. Contribute to quarterly planning and tracking progress.
- Support the team in defining and maintaining product vision and strategy
- Contribute to product roadmap development and evolution
- Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product discussions
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Learn to leverage user research and data analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on prioritization and go-to-market plans
- Help develop and maintain stakeholder communications on product updates
You
- At least 1 year of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in fintech or payments
- Strong interest in financial technology and payment systems
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to think strategically and identify long-term opportunities
- Comfort in presenting ideas to various levels of stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Understanding about the end-to-end product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Thai languages
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of startup environments is beneficial
- Experience in system architecture, solution consulting, or as a Business Analyst would be a plus
