Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Why we need you
We are looking for an experienced SDET to help us build and maintain the automation test frameworks/tools for our engineering team. The team is based in Thailand, building quality eco-system to help integrate reliably and efficiently quality assurance processes into Opn’s products development pipeline for delivering the world-class services and solutions in various projects around Payment solution, Fin Tech and Payment platforms.

What you will do

• Build test automation script and framework and testing infrastructure
• Doing proof of concept, test new design and architectural choices
• Working directly with QAs, Developers, and Devops to design and build reliably and efficiently CI solutions
• Build knowledge of using test automation tools and frameworks to Engineering team
• Research, analyze, and recommend technical solutions for scaling up quality assurance
• Implement monitoring and alerting for stability and scalability software development

You

• 2+ years of experience in the automation environment.
• Strong programming skills in any language, Java is a plus.
• Proficient with any testing frameworks.
• Experience in Cypress, Robot Framework, Selenium, Test NG are plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and Software Development life cycle is a plus.
• Experience with containers and their technologies such as Docker is a plus.
• Experience with container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, Datadog, Splunk are plus.
• Experience with AWS service is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Able to proficiently communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
