Job Summary: A Corporate Strategy is responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing strategies that help the organization achieve its long-term goals. He/She will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role involves market research, competitive analysis, business modeling, and working cross-functionally to drive the execution of strategic projects
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute corporate strategies that support the company’s vision and long-term objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Provide actionable insights on market developments and their potential impact on the company.
• Develop detailed business cases for new initiatives, investments, and projects.
• Perform financial modeling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning to assess the viability of strategic initiatives.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the executive team and board of directors.
• Communicate strategic recommendations and project updates to stakeholders across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point; experience with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges is highly desirable.
