Job Purpose:

• Accountable for Sales and profitability of product/brand
• Drive product profitability related to price positioning and pricing strategy
• Manage budget of A&P
• Develop marketing strategy and marketing plan and drive execution
• Manage product assortment and portfolio
• Drive effective holistic business planning to achieve better result including below the line activity
• Work with Sales and Trade marketing team to turn annual business plan into Monthly plan action in market place and consumer event
• Own business analysis including sales, market share analysis and completions analysis and turn insight into action
• Lead consumer research and translate to marketing strategy
• Drive above the line communication in line with brand strategy including on-line marketing strategy

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with MBA-Marketing is preferable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experienced in product / brand management in FMCG industry would be preferable.
• Positive attitude “CAN DO”, energetic, team player.
• Be able to work independently with result-oriented.
• Creative thinker, analytical and proactive with a passion for building brands.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
