Deliver Program Lead Metro Asia
This position reports to Lead - S&D Metro Asia Operations and is based at Thailand.

What you will do
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement

• Collaborate with the Market teams to standardize and roll-out the Joint Business Planning process with key customers.

2. Execution & Profitability

• Ensure visibility of Critical-To-Delivery (CTD) metrics.
• Oversee cost-saving and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives as Program Management Office (PMO).
• Lead network design and optimization.
• Identify Value-Added Services (VAS) best practices, CIP opportunities, and manage related projects.
• Collaborate with compliance and EHS teams to ensure alignment in key areas.
• Align Free Trade Agreement (FTA) strategies, identify key risks in collaboration with the Trade Compliance (TC) team.

3. Additional Responsibilities

• Manage and implement digital initiatives as PMO.
• Oversee tender processes, track contract expirations, and manage renewals.
• Engage with 3PL providers, leading tender processes and managing performance.

Essential knowledge and skills:
Key Experience

• Prior experience handling W&D for Personal / CPG industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading/implementing strategic initiatives (ex. Network Design, Segmented supply chain, Cost improvement programs)
• Project Management
• Digital Flair and understanding of latest tools/technologies esp. in W&D space
