The HGA Test Engineering (HTE) oversees and upkeeps electrical testing equipment vital for manufacturing operations. This involves ensuring dependable testing capabilities by conducting routine maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to avoid any hardware or software issues in the testing equipment. Effective collaboration with the manufacturing, script/firmware, process, Industrial Engineering team, and other pertinent teams is essential for improving the testing procedures and guaranteeing their efficacy.


ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมปฏิบัติการแผนกทดสอบ มีหน้ารับผิดชอบบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและระบบวิศวกรรมต่างๆในสายการผลิต โดยเครื่องจักรดังกล่าวทำหน้าที่ในการทดสอบค่าทางไฟฟ้าของหัวเขียน/อ่านในอุตสาหกรรมฮาร์ดดิสไดร์ฟให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนด โดยเครื่องจักรดังกล่าวจะต้องได้รับการพัฒนาปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าเครื่องจักรดังกล่าวอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานในสายการผลิต ทั้งระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบเครื่องกล และซอฟต์แวร์ รวมทั้งประสานการซ่อมบำรุงกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้แก่ ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมการผลิต, ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์, ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมวางแผนการผลิต เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

About the role - you will:

• Set up and calibrate electronics systems by following schematics and diagrams.
• Fix equipment breakdown by providing diagnosing problems and follow systematic troubleshooting either electronics or mechanics and make necessary repairs / reworks / recycles.
• Generate 1st level of equipment and Electrical Test data interpretation and analysis, with reporting to concerned teams.
• Conduct service checks and performing routine Preventive Maintenance to keep electronic equipment functioning properly e.g., Com ET Tester, CSS Tester, electronic workbenches.
• Communicate with operators, engineers and supervisors to understand problems and provide progress updates both internal and external functional departments.
• Give demonstrations on the safe use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.

• ซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรโดยการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาตามคู่มือการซ่อมบำรุงฯ จนนำไปสู่แนวทางการแก้ไขทั้งระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบจักรกล รวมถึงการนำอะไหล่ซ่อมบำรุงกลับมาใช้ใหม่ด้วยการหลักการ 3 R:- Repairs / Reworks / Recycles
• จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุและผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นให้กับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบ เพื่อนำไปสู่การแก้ไขอย่างยั่งยืน
• ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรให้อยู่ในสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานได้เสมอตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรที่กำหนดไว้ อันได้แก่ เครื่องจักรทดสอบประเภท Com ET, เครื่องจักรทดสอบประเภท Compact Spin Stand รวมถึงพื้นที่ทดสอบอะไหล่ของเครื่องจักรก่อนนำไปติดตั้ง
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิศวกรรมบำรุงเครื่องจักร/ฝ่ายวิศวกรรมการผลิตและหัวหน้างานทั้งในและนอกฝ่ายฯ เพื่อขยายผลที่เกิดขึ้นจนนำไปสู่การวางแผนงาน/มาตรการ/แนวทางซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อลดโอกาสการเกิดเครื่องจักรชำรุด จนกระทบต่อสายการผลิต
• ปฏิบัติงานตามกฎการรักษาความปลอดภัยของเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุในพื้นที่ทำงานและระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน

• Working knowledge of health and safety standards
