Job Description

Responsible for user support on IT office equipment usage. Troubleshoot problems and advise on appropriate actions related to company network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Additionally, responsible for the ERP system, including daily usage, development, implementation, testing, training, training manual preparation, and report development. Provide training to new ERP members and assist managers in completing certain programs.

Responsibilities
Install and maintain IT office equipment (e.g., printers, telephones, fax machines) and software.
Manage email, anti-spam, and virus protection settings; set up user AD accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems.
Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services; proactively identify potential issues and resolve them to ensure network stability.
Implement measures to monitor the network and prevent unauthorized access, ensuring network and information security.
Manage the Priority ERP system, including daily management and maintenance.
Collect ERP system improvement requests from users.
Optimize procedures within the internal system based on ERP system capabilities and operations.
Address user questions or problems and provide solutions or feedback promptly.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to accomplish company objectives.
Lead in the administration of fixed assets for all IT equipment.
Provide training to new ERP members and assist the assistant manager with resolving problems.
Use MS SQL commands and coding for creating, editing, and deleting.
Manage the O365 platform, Share Point, and Power BI.
Requirements
