A DAY IN THE LIFE...
- Support the Business Sales units for Nestle Thailand ensuring to ensure sales operations.
-
Develop e Commerce objectives, strategy, plan and prioritization tactics.
Lead distributor's e Commerce key account team on implementing the 4P's strategies including promotional activations of Baby Milk Categories interacting with Brands teams, Digital Marketing team. - Monitor e Commerce main KPIs and provide insights to support and accelerate e Business. Analyze and deliver insights on competitive environment, risk and opportunities and key business trends to relevant parties.
- Establish relationship with buyer of selected accounts in order to ensure implementation of the activity calendar across different categories. Ensure visibility and activation together with main customers.
- Support e Business on managing sales operations ensuring stock availability of NN Products at distributors wearhouse and across different e Retailers.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing and digital marketing teams in order to ensure best in class implementation of e Commerce initiatives. Ensure all e Commerce initiatives are tracked, measured, and reported on.
- Develop and implement marketing activities for E-commerce platform partners (CPAS, on platform media, samplings,, search, special offers, bundle, co-campaign with other brands etc) for E-commerce purposes.
- Ensure e-commerce initiatives fully integrated with digital marketing, CRM or even BTL activities.
- Familiar with performance digital marketing and tracking analysis tracking across marketing channels to reflect the campaign objectives and KPI.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing E-Commerce and media performance.
- Can-do attitude with flexibilty to change to adapt to real-time situations and challenges.
- Have entrepreneurship mindset, result oriented and good negotiation skills.
- Strong in analytical skill and is able to manage complexity and ability to work under pressure.
- University Degree level( preferably accounting or economics background).
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of work experience on e Commerce sales positoon.
- Domain of Office Package, especially excel.
