Key Account Manager (TH)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Development
- Responsible for the revenue of the assigned Division in Thailand, formulate and execute division strategies and business development plans, oversee product and marketing activities including the development and rollout of product and application trainings and programs, provide necessary sales and marketing tools to increase win rates for sales and service teams, ensure product and application support with the right level of know-how at points of interaction (POI), create price/performance maps, identify product gaps, provide recommendations for improvement, and manage pricing and discounting of assigned products.
- Build and maintain regional customer databases for responsible market segments, manage demos, track the impact of demos, application support, and workshops, provide market insights (VOC, EPS, Forecast, PSI) to factory and operations, and oversee demo management including measuring and tracking the impact of demos, application support, and workshops.
Key Account Management
- Work with the sales team to drive sales initiatives and key account management, develop, communicate, and implement short and long-term operational KA plans to deliver objectives, strategy, and capability development, play an integral role in new business pitches, and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, focusing on growing and developing existing clients while generating new business opportunities and identifying business plans for current and potential tender business.
- Act as the key interface between customers and relevant divisions, make regular visits to customer locations to gather information, relay relevant market information to management, and identify potential business impacts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, international, and company EHS requirements, and maintain high standards of ethics and legal adherence in all business activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Life Science or related fields
- Min 8 years of relevant product marketing experience in Life science medical device/equipment industry
- Strong knowledge of products and distribution channels
- Previous experience in Account Management or Territory/Region Sales
