Manager - AAGI Commercial - Risk Consultant

Conduct the risk assessment and come out with the risk survey report to explain the quality of the risk, the probable maximum loss (PML), the probability of the loss, and how to do risk improvement for the BU underwriting propose.
Produce the risk improvement report for the major client or poor performing account.
Produce the desktop review for the BU underwriting propose increase we do not survey by ourselves.

Risk Improvement service;Find the hazardous points, follow up the risk improvement and update an information from the client, generate the risk improvement recommendations and program, based on safety regulation requirement for general occupancies and international safety standard for high risk occupancy or when needed.
Conduct the training to all concerns to explain the necessity of the risk improvement and suggest the improvement plan.
Conduct the loss control training to the major client as the value added to the product and to the poor performing account to improve the risk quality especially the one who have the big loss from the controllable causes.
Claim Technical service;Join the accident investigation session for the complicate accident required the technical support to find out the true causes of the accident.
Produce the recommendation report on loss minimization from technical point of view, and suggest resources of emergency respond equipment and organization.
Support the technical information to the claim department to assist in settling the claims.
Develop the risk improvement recommendation to prevent accident from reoccurrence.
Acquire and improve own knowledge and skills from both internal and external sources to ensure own work s quality and continuous improvement.
Able to conduct the training,.
Good understanding of production industry.
Insurance knowledge in all lines of business, policy wording, coverage, terms and condition, claim handling system.
Risk inspection technique.
Risk survey report and risk improvement report writing.
Basic fire loss control such as fire water system, fire hydrant, fire detection system, sprinkler system, emergency response plan, emergency organization, safety management system.
Machinery breakdown assessment.
Risk analysis technique and risk grading system.
PML assessment both for Property and Business interruption.
Specific loss control system for high risk occupancy such as Total flooding system, ESFR sprinkler, deluge water system.
High risk occupancy risk assessment such as upstream petrochemical plant which involve UVCE risk, black liquor boiler, waste heat boiler, pulp mill, flammable liquid tank farm, clean room risk, power plant and etc.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Occupational health and Safety.
At least 5 years experience of engineering, risk/safety inspection, survey or risk analysis areas.
