• About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Nurse Claims Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying claims, managing documents, and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a background in nursing and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply. We welcome applications from registered nurses with no prior claims experience.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims.
• Send emails and faxes to confirm document receipt.
• Organize and manage all relevant documents efficiently.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure all data is accurate before submission to customers.
• Professionally handle phone calls from customers and providers.

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of work experience in insurance or hospital settings is preferred, but registered nurses with no prior claims experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Good attitude and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• Work Conditions: 40 hours per week with shifts between 7:00 – 16:00, 8:00 - 17:00, and 11:00 - 20:00. Monday to Sunday (5 days a week).
