หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• • Consult and analyze roadside cases and make decision for providing the service to clients • Consult and advise the solution to internal and external stakeholders • Evaluate performance of service station staffs and external providers • Monitor roadside daily service cases of own fleet and providers • Follow up any problems and create solution during roadside service • Resolution RSA complaints • Prepare documents for training related to RSA service and other general network task • Development performance of own fleet & providers, control them to meet the standard • Summarize service report & support general network in order to develop and improve effectiveness of service implementation according to standardized processes of providing company’s service to customers and to support company to increase profit and reduce cost • Monitor claims cost and saving to be most effective • Support other projects of network department to achieve the target • Perform other duties and additional assignments required by supervisor
