Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Overview:We are a Sydney-based non-banking financial institution currently recruitingfor a Regional Manager to be responsible for program development in the Thailand region.
Key Responsibilities:

• Establish local sales office and set up a local sales team.
• Develop and manage strategic sales plans to accommodate company goals and achieving KPIs in both of individual and group.
• Research and analyze market trend, detailed competitor analysis, adjust business strategyaccordingly.
• Plan and execute localized marketing plans, also maintain excellent relationships withpartners & customers.
• Organize and participate in local marketing events both in online and offline.
• Expand our brand awareness by expanding sales performance and marketing in Thailand .

Requirements:

• Have a clear understanding of Forex & CFD Trading, financial products, industry, and Partnership agreements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex industry and minimum 2-years of experience inleading sales team.
• Maintain excellent relationships with partners & customers.
• Capable to set up a sales team and execute a localized marketing plan and excellentmanagement and administrative skill.
• Deep understanding of country’s local politics to enforce laws and regulations and a greatknowledge base of the local market, competitive landscape.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across different Time Zones andregions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, great pro-activeness and problem-solving skills.
• Able to business trip.
• English and Local language both oral and written is essential.

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience:

• Forex industry: 5 years (Preferred)
• leading sales team: 2 years (Preferred)
