Job Description:
The Commercial Project Manager is a member of our project team together with the Project Manager and the Electrical Works Manager. The team is focused in optimizing the project realization in matters of time, cost and quality. The main sub works during project realization are: logistics, installation and commissioning of the wind energy converter as well as construction of roads, crane platforms, foundations and electrical wind farm infrastructure.

General Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in industiral, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Knowledge and minimum 5 years of practical experience in: Claim and Variation Management, Project Management and Contract Management
- Aim-oriented, proactive and communicative personality with entrepreneurial thinking and good negotiation skills
- Excellent command of the English language, German language is plus
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- SAP R/3 experience preferred
- In possession of driver´s license
- No restriction for travelling
Job Description:
- Budget calculations and support of the local Sales team
- Commercial Project Execution and Controlling
- Supporting Procurement team for purchasing of project services
- Strengthening the cost focus in the project team
- Contract and Variation Management with regards to all clients and the subcontractors involved in ENERCON wind farms
- Cost monitoring, reporting and controlling during project realization
- Commercial cost and activity accounting
- Preparation of offers for additional project works and services (e.g. Balance of Plant)
- Preparation of regular commercial reports
- Preparation of monthly cash flows
- Support the project team in terms of commercial issues during the whole project lifecycle, while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Support the Country Management in the development of the business
