What you will do
As our Event Coordinator & Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our commercial team and ensuring smooth execution of key business activities.

• Coordinate and execute meetings and events, including speaker-led sessions and commercial boards
• Adapt processes to local context and language when planning events
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure tasks meet quality standards, legal requirements, and internal policies
• Provide executive assistant support to the Head of Commercial
• Manage multiple tasks across different teams and functions simultaneously
• Drive continuous improvements in daily operations

What we need from you

• Self-motivated and solution-oriented professional
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of overall objectives
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently with internal and external partners
• Clear communicator who values collaboration and teamwork
• Experience in administrative or business support, preferably as a Sales and Marketing Assistant or functional assistant
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and local language
