Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute an annual events calendar that is aligned with business plans.
• Collaborate with other steering committee members to ensure delivery of the annual events calendar.
• Ensure that the Event Squad system operates in full compliance with the Ministry of Health and GSK SOPs.
• Determine the development areas of the Event Squad system with other squad members and ensure the operation to progress successfully.
• Manage the performance of Event Consultants.
• Detect the risks that may occur in the areas of responsibility of Event consultants in advance, analyze these risks and take action accordingly.
• Perform Management Monitoring of the events belonging to Event consultants.
• Prepare the Ministry application and documentation report on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with Global Event Teams to align on Cvent limits or any changes in global SOPs.
• Ensure oversight and control over Mo H submission.
• Execute weekly management monitoring of Mo H submissions.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Min. 5 years experience in event execution/management
• Preferably min. 1 year experience in an agency
• Team management experience is an asset
• Strong skills in process management & follow-up, analytical thinking, detailing and time management
• Knowledge of Pharma industry regulations and ethical guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Competency in MS Office programs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (an English proficiency test will be applied)
• Solution-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills
