We are looking for a '' Finance Business Partner '' in our Istanbul, Turkey office.

What you will do

• Living WSA core values of “going beyond together”, “pioneering for better solutions” and “passing for impact” ;working with integrity and ethics, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
• Be the key finance partner for sales and marketing teams ,support respective colleagues to establish finance acumen
• Perform financial analysis to determine and understand the performance of the business; including analysis of sales drivers, growth enablers, pricing, product and customer mix
• Prepare management reports including forecasting, actual reporting, variance analysis for commercial activities and price-volume analysis
• Provide analytical and financial modeling support for critical business decisions
• Work closely with the financial controlling,HQ finance and shared services teams, offering support where needed
• Adapt global reporting tools to monitor WSA Turkiye KPIs in order to support the decision-making process
• Participate in the financial analysis of projects related to new initiatives and strategic actions

What you bring

• A minimum BS degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, or Business Administration from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and reporting, preferably in a multinational setting
• Good understanding of IFRS and local accounting principles; ability to effectively present financial performance to commercial leaders,senior managementand regional leaders
• Ability to work under pressure independently as well as in the team
• Analytical approach, questioning mindset capabilities
• Very good command of written and verbal English and Turkish
• Proficiency in MS office programs, Excel modeling and financial simulation skills
• Experience in global audit firms is a big asset,CPA is preferred
• ERP experience (INFOR) will be a differentiator
• Medical device industry knowledge is a plus
