Specializing in ESIA studies, site investigations, and laboratory research, the company offers vital site supervision owners and lenders engineering services. Notably, Assystem in Türkiye plays a pivotal role in major projects like power generation, and the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control & Reporting Manager to join our finance team. This role will oversee all financial activities within the organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage internal and external relationships, ensuring adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and best practices in financial control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly/quarterly financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
Develop and present detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on financial performance and trends.
Manage relations with Assystem’s consolidation team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and providing budget and forecasting information as required.
Participate in implementing enhancements to financial reporting processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Lead and support the finance team, providing development opportunities and fostering a collaborative environment.
Request necessary resources to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system and increase organizational commitment.
Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure all audit processes are completed accurately and on time.

MY PROFILE

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications preferred).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of independent audit, finance, budget, and reporting experience, with a strong understanding of IFRS reporting.
Language Skills: High level of written and spoken English is required.
Travel Requirements:
- Availability to frequent travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with a Big Four accounting firm (preferred).
- SMMM license (preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing external auditor relations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
