Financial Operations Specialist

We are looking for a "Budget&Financial Reporting Specialist" for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Finance team. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.
Requirements
What makes you special?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, or banking.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
- Experience in the online travel agency or e-commerce sectors, is a plus.
- Certifications in finance or treasury management, is a plus.
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
What will you do?
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing financial operations efficiently in coordination with the Treasury Manager and Finance Director. Your main responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the preparation and follow-up of daily payment and transfer instructions to banks.
- Managing the process of tracking potential fee deductions from banks where fee waivers are in place, ensuring refunds are obtained when necessary.
- Requesting bank guarantee letters as needed, comparing their terms, negotiating, and ensuring maximum benefit at minimal cost.
- Tracking and reporting the company's daily cash inflows and outflows, identifying potential issues in advance.
- Preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the management.
- Establishing effective communication with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
