QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related fields
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in HR
  • Firm grasp of the HR policies, standards, rules and procedures
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
  • Strong inter-personal communication & planning and organization skills
  • Solid analytical background
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Be a key point of contact for all associates in HR related topics. Provide day-to-day coaching and HR guidance to leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development, C&B and organizational design
  • Participate in annual budget planning/headcount forecasting. Be the contact person and first evaluators for associates and managers' requests about compensation and benefit topics.
  • Conduct ongoing supply and demand analysis for business leaders on current and future staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition actions to meet those needs.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out around internal policies
  • Meet organization's legal and contractual obligations and needs for personnel documentation
