ABOUT THE TEAM

The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

Your Main Responsibilities

Guide business process owners in developing end-to-end supply chain and shipment processes, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation through innovative technological solutions,
Engage in comprehensive audits of supply chain and shipment processes using a risk-based approach. Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements,
Conduct ad hoc risk assessments for significant changes in supply chain and shipment processes and projects,
Offer ongoing guidance to assess and improve control effectiveness within supply chain and shipment processes,
Provide advisory and support for controls related to global and regional supply chain and shipment projects, ensuring they meet compliance and operational standards,
Collaborate with process owners to conduct continuous integrated risk assessments,
Utilize data to generate actionable insights and present findings compellingly to drive effective risk management actions,
Contribute to the design, implementation, and development of internal control procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and accounting principles.

Qualities We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree is required,
Minimum 2-3 years of audit, internal control or risk management experience,
Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
A self-starter and deliver high standard results under minimal supervision,
Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,
Experience in Supply Chain Management and Shipment areas,
Experience with SQL and Excel,
No travel restriction,
CIA, CFA, CPA and relevant certifications are an asset.
