Marketing Specialist - Portuguese Speaker

- Provide the necessary support and encourage agencies to recruit more and better live streamers, creating a variety of content.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with streaming agencies. Train and manage these agencies, helping them bring in talents for live streaming.
- Help develop and update policies for managing agencies, offering useful suggestions and advice.
- Identify popular streaming behaviors within the app or from market trends, create educational materials for broadcasters, and continuously enhance and improve these resources.
- Design and implement various host/agency events aimed at increasing overall stakeholder satisfaction. Review events based on provided data to further refine and improve event strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Being at least fluent in Portuguese is a must,
- Experience in managing streamers/influencers is a plus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
