Are you fluent in both English and Turkish? Do you have experience in customer service and sales? We are currently seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer support & Virtual Assistant to join our team and support a leading medical equipment company.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Turkey Time), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction surveys over the phone
• Assist with pre-sale and upselling activities on Whats App
• Create new customer accounts and update information as needed
• Support Team Leaders with assigned tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Turkish (spoken and written)
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or virtual assistant
• With sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Home office setup with reliable internet connection
