Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Operations Specialist to support the buying, delivering and control of indirect materials/services required by business, align with internal policies, procedures and consistent with divisional objectives in region.
How you will do it
- Coordinate the buying and delivery process of goods or services on behalf of your company. Procures material and services required for day-to-day business operation. (PO request creation)
- Support on negotiating rates with vendors ensuring that you secure the best possible rates in line with the company’s buying policy also coordinate all inbound and outbound traffic, maximizing cost-effectiveness and tracking all consignments.
- Control Indirect purchases process align with internal and compliance policy, including the supervision of staff in this respect.
- Vendor assessment and contact window in Turkey.
- Responsible for reports as well as analyzing statistical data is also a very important part of this role, that provides analytical or administrative support to procurement organization.
- Provides self-leadership day to day procurement activities
- Will work in a multidisciplinary team, being the Indirect procurement window for Turkey.
- You will be a part of Operations team which supports all Business Units in a common roof and you will be open to support and collaboration with other Business Units and Administration works which you will be assigned.

Required
- Associate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
- Experience working will be value, but the most important is the attitude to develop a professional career in a worldwide company. Attitude multiplies knowledge, experience, and skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Excel is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation, relationship, and communication skills.
- Proactive and supportive skills
- Proficiency in English
