  • Ensure sectoral implementation plans are established and monitored.
  • Identify and report project bottlenecks to senior management for timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Co-lead weekly program meetings in Hatay, ensuring effective follow-up on action points.
  • Facilitate coordination across CARE units and foster teamwork in Hatay.
Grant Management & MEL

  • Strengthen grant management processes and improve communication with procurement.
  • Ensure Indicator Tracking Tables (ITTs) are in place and regularly updated.
  • Develop dashboards for comprehensive program visibility and ensure regular monitoring.
Line Management
  • Supervise the Area Office Manager (Hatay) and Project Managers.
  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and work plans for direct reports.
  • Foster a supportive work environment and adherence to CARE's Core Values.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff, ensuring adequate support from the Country Office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

  • Strong coordination and facilitation skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage effective trainings, workshops, and meetings.
