Vitrin Clinic is seeking a dynamic International Quality Assurance specialist who is fluent in English. The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key player in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback.

Who we are looking for :
Vitrin Clinic is seeking a dynamic International Quality Assurance specialist who is fluent in English. The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key player in enhancing the performance and effectiveness of our sales team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a sales or customer service environment.
- Ability to analyze processes, implement quality standards, and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Strong analytical skills to assess quality data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in providing coaching and mentorship to improve team performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and Executives to address performance issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sales and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver feedback and prepare reports effectively.
- Ability to adapt quality assurance programs based on feedback, trends, and evolving business needs.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and uphold quality standards across sales processes and interactions.
- Perform thorough needs assessments for the sales team to pinpoint training gaps and requirements.
- Customize quality assurance programs to meet individual team members' specific needs.
- Produce monthly reports focusing on call quality, offer effectiveness, and negotiation success.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to boost sales team performance and achieve objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Executives to address performance concerns and devise solutions.
- Stay informed about sales and customer service industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct regular quality audits and evaluations, including call monitoring.
- Generate detailed quality reports for the sales team, highlighting strengths and areas needing improvement.
- Investigate policy violations and devise action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Track and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
