Sales Development Representative (Turkey)

About Us: We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company specializing in providing top-notch English language learning solutions. Our mission is to empower students worldwide by enhancing their English language skills, thereby opening doors to global opportunities. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote sales team on a freelance basis. We have a wonderful diverse distributed international team, and are an Israeli-owned company. Please only apply if you are comfortable working alongside Israeli team members.
Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by reaching out to qualified leads to schedule and confirm calls. These leads are parents interested in signing up their children for English lessons. Your primary responsibility will be to engage these leads effectively, understand their needs, and schedule them for a detailed call with our sales team. Payment is commission based - $50 PER SALE. We opt for an incentivized pay structure instead of base salary to encourage sales! We expect a dedicated and successful SDR to bring in $500 - $2000 per month, depending on lead volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact qualified leads (parents looking for English lessons for their children) through phone calls and emails to schedule and confirm calls.
- Maintain a high level of Turkish communication to effectively engage with the target audience.
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our English language learning solutions to spark interest among potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and scheduling of calls.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for call scheduling and confirmed calls.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Turkish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in English, as the team is English speaking.
- Local, Turkish nationals only. Flexibility in availability to align with the local timezone in Turkey, ensuring timely and effective communication with leads.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role involving direct customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and motivation.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where compensation is linked to meeting and exceeding targets.
